Alta Sierra's Jerry G is the featured stud at Grand Mesa Alpacas. He is a decendent of the famed Christopher-B, and is a three time color champion from such shows as GWAS 2008, Southwest Regional 2008, and ABR Fall Festival 2007. So far, Jerry has 31 offspring, 20 of which are female! As you can see, his fleece is outstanding with bundling, crimp, density and softness combined. His full converage and solid conformation passes on to his cria. One of his most outstanding features is the ability to throw colors that range from true black to rose gray to pure white. At 30 months of age, his skin biopsy results (Watts method) were 18.4 micron diamter, 48 folicle density, and 12.1 secondary to primary ratio.
